Dr. Milani
Dr. Milani has dreamed about becoming a veterinarian since childhood. When he was a child he was raised around pets that he still misses a lot to this day.
His dream came true when he graduated from vet school with a DVM degree in 2000. Since then he has been working on several different fields of veterinary medicine, including Companion, Equine, Wildlife, Raptors and Emergency care.
He and his family moved to Windermere in 2017. He started Windercare Animal Clinic in 2019, following his dreams to provide the best care for pets. Dr. Milani enjoys spending his free time with his family, biking, going to the beach and wonderful local restaurants.

Dr. Monique Lemon
Dr. Lemon, originally from Omaha, Nebraska, developed a passion for animals at a young age. While pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she gained experience working with diverse animals such as equines, bovines, canines, and felines. After graduating with honors from Tuskegee University, Dr. Lemon started her practice in Columbus, GA, before relocating to Orlando. In Orlando, she focused on soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and dermatology. Dr. Lemon, who cherishes her two dogs, enjoys pampering them, practicing yoga, horseback riding, and traveling in her free time. She is thrilled to be part of the WinderCare Animal Clinic team and is eager to provide veterinary care for your beloved pets.
